Palo Santo Sticks

Burning Palo Santo is believed to purify the air and promote spiritual and emotional well-being. The smoke produced by burning Palo Santo is also believed to have medicinal properties, and is sometimes used to alleviate symptoms of colds, flu, and other respiratory ailments.

To burn Palo Santo, a small piece of the wood is lit with a match or lighter and allowed to burn for a few seconds before being blown out. The resulting smoke can then be wafted around the room, or used to smudge a person or object.
