1. Begin by cleansing the stones. You can do this by placing them in a bowl of salt water or by smudging them with sage.

2. Place the stones on each of the seven chakras, starting from the root chakra at the base of the spine and working up to the crown chakra at the top of the head.

3. Visualize a bright white light entering each chakra as you place the stones.

4. Take a few moments to meditate on each chakra, focusing on the energy of the stones and the light.

5. When you feel ready, slowly remove the stones from each chakra, starting from the crown chakra and working down.

6. Take a few moments to sit in silence and observe the energy in your body.

7. When you are finished, thank the stones for their assistance and store them in a safe place.
